I have started blocks 2 and 3 and am about half way. I chose to do the stitching all in one bit rather than cut the background fabric in half. It is coming along nicely but it is a very long piece! I cut my stitching fabric wider than the final size to make it easier to stitch.
Happy stitching
Sylvia
Looks beautiful......

ReplyDeleteHappy stitching, P
Hi Sylvia, your block looks beautiful. I'm looking foreward to starting mine. I to was going to have one long piece rather than join it in the middle.
ReplyDeleteHaooy stitching.
I too considered stitching mine this way. I haven't even gotten close to starting yet. I do have my magazines and thread. That's a foot in the right direction anyway.
ReplyDeleteGood on you, Sylvia!! I haven't even looked at it yet. It feels like a BIG JOB!
