Also Just Starting

I picked up issue one at the Buggy Barn Quilt show last weekend and they will be sending me the next three as soon as they restock.  I finished up my 60+ shoo fly blocks over Labor Day weekend.  The pitfalls of periodic sewing was that I had made a few blocks that were turning out to measure 4&1/4 inches finished rather than the 4&1/2 inches in the directions.  Fortunately I only had to adjust three seams and all should be good.  I actually make 68 blocks just in case.  I plan to get a new camera today so I can share some photos too.  Thanks Leanne for this lovely project!

    wow! 68 shoo fly blocks! I leave them too last (even after the stitcheries) on all the blocks, I don't why I am so afraid of them. Fantastic Start!
